The RCPS is committed to raising awareness about our unique field. Providing care for women afflicted with gynecologic malignancies is filled with both challenges and rewards. Residents are encouraged to attend our annual meeting, held during the Society of Gynecologic Oncology Annual Meeting for Women’s Cancer. Here they can meet face-to-face with members to discuss the field of Gynecologic Oncology, to include fellowship and what it means to practice this specialty in the military.

One of the goals of the RCPS is to provide educational opportunities for current gynecologic oncology fellows. Funds raised by the RCPS go towards the Robert C. Park Lectureship series that feature prominent figures in the field of Gynecologic Oncology.
The Robert C. Park Fellow’s Forum, recognizing our graduating fellows, was held on June 28th, 2014.
LCDR Kate Oliver and Maj Nicole Chappell are recognized finishing a four-year Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship at Walter Reed – the two newest eligible members of the RCPS!
